Mr. Gyan Prakash Kesharwani is a practicing advocate with substantial litigation experience in Motor Vehicles Act (MVA/MACT) cases, Consumer Protection Laws etc. including matters involving insurance claims, compensation, and related disputes.

His work aims to address critical challenges in this domain, particularly the eradication of fraud and malpractices prevalent in MV Act cases through both litigation and scholarly contributions. VidhiAagaz is his initiative dedicated to promoting academic publishing. Mr. Gyan Prakash is seeking diligent and skilled Research Assistants to assist in his ongoing research works.

About the Opportunity

Mr. Gyan Prakash is looking for Part-Time remote research assistants to join his ongoing research projects.

Key Responsibilities

Research and drafting, proofreading, formatting etc. The work will be related to legal research and writing under his direct supervision and guidance.

Eligibility

  • Essential:
    • Pursuing or recently completed law (Second-year onwards students with strong research aptitude are welcome).
    • Proficiency in legal research databases (Manupatra, SCC Online, HeinOnline, JSTOR etc.) and excellent academic/ legal writing skills in English.
    • Sound knowledge of Bluebook and OSCOLA citation style and basic understanding of research methodology.
    • Ability to handle confidential information, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Preferred
    • Demonstrated interest or prior exposure in Motor Vehicles Act, Insurance Law, Transportation laws, Consumer Protection, or IP Laws.
    • Previous experience in legal research, and good publications.

What You Will Gain?
